We want you to love your Amorra pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
How to Return
- Email support@amorajewelerys.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back with a tracked method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
